brownie pudding cupcake... for my boy's birthday!
half fill cupcake liners with your favorite brownie batter and bake, cool
add already mixed and refrigerated instant chocolate pudding
with a ice cream scoop into the middle of the brownie
add whip cream and sprinkles on top.
It's light and not to sweet
